How to Process a Return

To qualify for a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Package the Bottles: Place all bottles from your order (including any empty or partially used ones) into a secure shipping box. Include your RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship it Back: Send the package to the returns address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.

Refund Processing Time

Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return package, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment. The exact timing may depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • The 90-day period begins on the date your order is processed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
